Plug and Play Alberta Announces 10 Startups For The Location’s Inaugural Sustainability Program
CleanInnoGen (CIG) is truly proud be chosen as one of 10 startups participating in the Location's Inaugural Sustainability Program hosted by Plug and Play Alberta.
CIG is developing a thermochemical process that uses waste heat from an industrial plant to produce green hydrogen and oxygen that can be used within the plant to improve process performance and reduce CO2 emissions. Led by top-notch scientists in the world on the thermochemical Cu-Cl water splitting cycle, CleanInnoGen bridges the know-how in the academies with best practices in the industry to develop heat to hydrogen systems to form a decentralized affordable green hydrogen network to address the growing demand for green hydrogen.
With a focus on decarbonizing heavy industry with on-site green hydrogen from waste heat, CIG has been invited for the hybrid event, Expo Day (Batch 1) at Calgary, Canada and the offline Silicon Valley Summit this year.
