Like a human body, innovation requires all parts to work together. Technology cannot go to market on its own without essential business innovation. Our journey starts with the creative minds of Victoria Xu and Kamiel Gabriel who both shared the same passion and feel the urgency of addressing climate change and believe clean and high-quality hydrogen is essential to a green world.
Gabriel is an engineering professor at Ontario Tech University in Oshawa. Gabriel and his team hone the technology in southern Ontario, with over 2 decades of dedicated research.
Xu has tapped into the capital’s vibrant tech startup ecosystem for years after being a software engineer at Nokia and Ericsson. She was instantly captivated by the work of Gabriel, the pioneering clean-energy researcher, six years ago.
The pair officially launched CleanInnoGen in 2020. By combining researchers, engineers as well as business savvy teams together, we innovate every day to transfer scientific and research discovery to products and services that are technically feasible and economically scalable.
CleanInnoGen now is applying state of art mechanical and chemical engineering as well as cutting-edge IoT and machine learning systems to bring hydrogen production to various industry players.
